Toshiba contact details?

I bought my laptop 6 weeks ago and didnt get extended warranty with pc world,but was told that toshiba give me a 1 year warranty.

I have signed up to this through the toshiba site along with a password they gave me and username,now at the point of wanting to use my warranty i find my password and user name dont work ? and have no way of contacting them.

I would like a telephone number or email so i can resolve my problem with my toshiba laptop.

    Jason, I hope someone can give you the number to call and wish you luck in getting your warranty service.

    My reply, however, is to suggest a more "trouble-free" method of buying computers and laptops &PC hardware and that is to acquaint yourself with a local dealer who, preferably is a computer science grad or, better still a certified "techie" grad.

    In this way (and they can usually match any advertised price that you bring to them) when anything goes wrong, all you have to do is unplug your PC, put it under your arm and take it to him./her.

    This saves you shipping charges and you get eye to eye contact with the person that SOLD you the product and guaranteed the product.

    My PC (just out of warranty) suddenly went black. One hour later my local techie put in a new Power supply (which it needed) and replaced the fan for one that was quieter and more efficient. Total cost $40 (about 20£) if you are in UK.

    I'm sure, if I had bought my PC on line it would have taken a week or two and cost my TWICE that amount.

    Of course you have to be careful and shop around for a reliable local techie. Many of them are just clerks.Asking some questions will easily tell you if they are skilled and competent.

    properly there is one in sakinaka opp. Lathia rubber, there is new buying complicated, sagar tech palaza there u can ask the risk-free practices which floor they r located., pass there & they're going to remedy year undertaking!
