since polo wraps are just made out of fleece, can anyone give me the measurements of a polo wrap (medium horse size) so that I can go out and make some. I know I will have to put velcro on them, but as far as just the size. Can anyone tell me? thanks! ![:) :)](https://respostas.mx/resources/emoji/smile.png)

I make every single pair i use. it's SO much cheaper (especially when you have a coupon!). Get about 3 yards of anti-pill fleece, and cut them into strips 4.5/5 inches wide. Get good strong Velcro, and sew it on firmly.
I make my own all the time. Let me offer you some advice. When I started making mine, I bought some fun polar fleece fabrics for my kids to have unique wraps, but the fleece was not thick enough or of good enough quality and they would bunch and stretch out and sag which in the worst case can cause bowed tendons and really hurt your horse. Please buy the very thickest and best quality fleece for your wraps. I make mine 5" by 8 feet. Good luck! I started covering my velcro with fun grosgrain ribbons for the kids. They love them!
the average, horse-sized polo wrap is somewhere around 8-9 feet long, and about 5 inches wide. The velcro should be 1.5-2 inches wide for extra support.....
I've been wanting to make my own also!!
i would jst by then cuz u dont wannab mess up but good idea!!!!!!!
