Serious computer issue?
My dad gave me a computer that his ex mostly used, he said if I can fix it I can have it. Here's the problem: the admin account is disabled and the other account has time restrictions on always, I've used ophcrack and got that other accounts password but of course the time restrictions are always on, what else can I do?

Install a fresh OS on it. If you don't go money you should try ubuntu.
Another option is try safe mode and try to do a system restore if the computer has a recovery partition.
