How do I email a photo I've downloaded to my computer?

I downloaded 6 pics from my digital camera to my computer.When I pulled up the pics,there was only one I wanted to email to a friend.How do I do this?

Go to your mail account, open new mail window, attach a single file u want to mail...

Go to your email. compose your email as normal, but plus that you have to attach the file with your email.

To attach a file or files, you have to find the "attach" button, then click on it, select the file you want to attach, then "OK".

after the uploading is complete, sent the email as normal.
