Painful PMS followed by painless period?
in Health
I'm 21. I've never had symptoms of PMS before, but this month I had pains and feelings of depression (very bad, not me!) for about 10 days. Also I usually have a painful period, but I don't feel anything while having it. Is this odd?

Not odd actually, when i got my first period, i simply felt nothing but i was tired more often and didn't have the nerve for eating. Depression was always a thing for me when i had my period every month, it was so a depressed day then i got over it when my period passed on, but its on and off with me, the pain might be coming because your cycle is changing a little. Goodluck (: -carrrr.
definite, that is. fairly being energetic whilst its that element retains cramps at a low point. bear in mind returned in highschool whilst the instructor does not permit you sit down out because of the fact it became into that element? I'ts because of the fact whilst that is and once you're energetic it gets your blood flowing and relieves cramps... additionally bananas help too
