mid 2009 macbook pro RAM upgrade help!?

Hello, I want to upgrade mi mid '09 13 inch macbook pro's RAM from 2GB RAM to 8GB RAM.

Which brand should I choose?

Kingston

Crucial

Corsair

Please tell me which is the best.

Also, will Kingston's Hyper X ram work on it? I'm a gamer too.

    http://www.crucial.com/ wil tell you what you have and what you can upgrade to, also the cost, simply type in your make/model.

    8 GB of RAM probably won't supply you lots of a difference. Neither will upgrading your HDD (even however that's getting slightly finished) you're able to word a quite sturdy difference working CS5 on a quad center (ideally an i7)
