How to access FTP Server from browser?
I'm running FTP Filezill Server on my PC, and when i upload Few pics(from other pc) it all works, for example when i upload picture to ftp://minecraftserver.no-ip.org/ , how can i view that picture without downloading it? like http://minecraftserver.no-ip.org/picture.jpeg , i tryed installing WAMP but it returned an error, so that didnt work for me. Any recommendations? and/or what program should i use to view them?

When you view it in a browser you actually ARE downloading it. It's up to the browser to either save it or display it, depending on the specific browser and how it's configured. To view the images over HTTP you would also have to install a web server like Apache on your computer and give it access to the same folder where the images are stored when you FTP them up.
