How do I remove a printer driver virus?

My computer is stuck on the Microsoft blue screen. I have tried to F8 and go into "safe mode with command prompts", but I'm unable to key anything or use the arrow keys. The computer goes back to the blue screen.

I have a dell laptop. Any suggestions will appreciated.

    Hi Victoria,

    I work for Dell's Social Media Team. Have you tried Safe Mode With Networking? I recommend you first run a diagnostics on the hard drive. Press the F12 key at the Dell Logo, select Diagnostics and run an extended Diagnostics on the hard drive. Post back with any error codes. If the diagnostics pass, and you are unable to log on in safe mode as well, then you will need to Restore your computer back to Factory Settings, or Manually Reinstall Windows.
