No. go to their website and read about it. Plenty of scouts go there and look at kids. I've seen hundreds of people recommend Perfect Game.
Any baseball tryout like any job interview/offer that asks you for money is more than likely a scam, save your money or put it into attending a baseball camp one where college and pro scouts attend.
