FAFSA is Federal and probably the same everywhere. If you're not attending until 2011, the deadline is usually in March of the year you'll be attending.
You don't really have to worry about this until you've been accepted by a college. Some will want it rather early to decide what, if any, scholarships and grants they'll give you.
The Financial Aid office of the school you'll be attending will give you all this information. You can't even file a FAFSA for next year yet; your parents will need to know their income, etc. for this year, and this year isn't even half over.
