2011 equinox car problems??? HELP?

So my and my aunt were gonna start the car and leave the hospital but the emergency road lights turned on. The engine is not turning on and even of we push the road sign thing again to switch it off it won't work.

She tried pushing down the brake but it won't budge. What's wrong? Is there anyway to fix this? Help is coming but in like two hours.

    I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue. I would have this taken to the dealership to be looked at by a Chevrolet mechanic. This will most likely be covered under warranty.
