What body systems does Parkinson's Disease affect?

I'm doing a project, and part of it is to research how my disease (Parkinson's) is affected by all of the body systems: integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic and immune, digestive, urinary, and reproductive. If some could help me out with some links or information about this, I would greatly appreciate it. also, if anyone does have more information, please email me at [email protected]. thank you very much.

  • Muscular / Nervous

Parkinson's disease is a disorder of the brain that leads to shaking (tremors) and difficulty with walking, movement, and coordination.

Nerve cells use a brain chemical called dopamine to help control muscle movement. Parkinson's disease occurs when the nerve cells in the brain that make dopamine are slowly destroyed. Without dopamine, the nerve cells in that part of the brain cannot properly send messages. This leads to the loss of muscle function. The damage gets worse with time.
