how do i progress faster?
i'm 19 years old, 5'9, and 170 pounds. Body Fat: 30%, Body Water: 51%, Bone Mass: 7.3%. I've been working on improving my body, and have been making progress, but i feel my progress is too slow. I can tell there's more definition in my muscles, but i'm still not satisfied yet. I've been eating less, and work out (cardio/strengthening) 5 days a week. Every time i weigh myself, i find that i have not lost weight, but rather gained weight. What can i do to speed up my results? My goal is to drop from 30% body fat to 15-20% by the end of september. Given my specifications, do you think i can do it? If i can, what training mechanisms do you recommend i use? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

working out has a big role on your upper body, when you workout legs you produce a shittititi load of growth hormones and that will allow you to recover upper body parts and become stronger in all lifts.
sleep helps speed up results lots of it

On common they progess quite quicker. But it is nearly unimaginable to split this out from social problems. Mums who breastfeed are on common higher informed and slightly brighter than mums who do not. Please be aware I stated ON AVERAGE - of path there are lots of good-informed, smart formulation feeding mums, and likewise lots of much less good informed and now not so smart breastfeeding mums. And badly informed, smart mums, and good-informed, now not very smart mums. It's a statistical factor, now not a judgement. But to be able to say that "breastfed toddlers development quicker" you must separate out all of the different elements which probably concerned and that is fairly complicated to do. It's one of these tiny change that some thing you are seeing as seen is a twist of fate. FWIW, each my children have been breastfed. Neither walked till 18 months, and my son could not even sit down up till nine months
