How do I connect my RCA camcorder to my computer?
I have a RCA camcorder model # CC311 with one AV in and one AV out. I want to connect this to my computer my connector plug
to AV out has four {4} pins and two cables coming out one yellow and one white

You need to buy a TV capture card. They are cheap and worth the investment. look here...

You plug the Yellow and White jacks into the card and "record" to your hard drive. the RED jack is unused.
Unfortunately, the audio will be MONO, so some software editing will be needed to occupy both left and right channels. UNLESS, you get a splitter and split the audio so that the RED and White audio are connected.

P.S. That camcorder is EXCELLENT. The low lighting is something that new camcorders try to achieve. My kids play with the one I have and even use it with a Capture card as a WebCam. Very nice piece of equipment.
Hmmm.. the yellow and white cables are for TV viewing. Try and look for a firewire jack.
