How do you trace IP Addresses after a reverse lookup?
I have traced an IP address by using Whois. The IP address leads me to a city, state and server host name adelphia.net. How do I trace it further?

you've already traced it to who owns that netblock....adelphia.net.
You'd have to contact adelphia.net and get info from them to go further.
