because my cat was licking my other cat and then she put her head down and then he started licking her head! it was so cute but i wanna know if they like "talked" to eachother lol
The just like each other my cats do the same. If one licks the other the other returns the favor. Communication without words...or in this case meows =D

your cats must have a relationship that allows another cat to groom the other cat.
