I recently got into a car accident. Was not my fault.?
I am wondering is it worth it if I sue? If I don’t sue, and I just use the girls insurance to pay for my bumper, do I get any money for myself? By the way it was not my fault, she was texting and driving and slammed into me while I had been stopped for maybe 30 seconds already, waiting to turn left. My left blinker was on.

Your 'loses' are what it costs to repair your car.... insurance pays your loses, not money for nothing or because you are greedy and think you can get money for nothing, civilly suing someone works in the same way, to put you back in a position of no loss, it doesn't give you money for nothing you have to prove costs
If you aren't injured and you sue, then you get what it costs to fix your bumper (in other words, what the insurance would have paid if you didn't sue), but it costs money to sue, so you will have what you would have gotten if you didn't sue MINUS what it costs you to sue. So you will have less money than if you didn't sue.
Sue for what? You don't get money just because she behaved badly. Her insurance should pay for any repairs to your car. Then you're whole again. If you had medical expenses, you could sue for those. You've had no "pain and suffering" so you can't sue for that.
We've ALL been in fender benders. No one gets any money for suing for that.
Even if you sue, you won't get money for yourself. That's not how it works. You sue, or sue insurance company to be made whole, not because you need extra dollars. Get a second job if you need more money.
You should report to your and her insurance. Her insurance will pay you for the damages. Take your car to get assessed and when you speak to your insurance stay firm and let them know she was on her phone when she hit your car, if they ask "did you see her use the phone and hit your car", say yes. because i guarantee you she will lie and say she did not use her phone. I've been in a similar situation.
you can try and then you will know if it was worth it or not
