Is this a serious problem?
When I take a deep breath my chest hurts, like if I pulled a muscle, when I do a complete exhale I have the same sore muscle-like pain. Is it a heart attack, or signs of one. have I already had a heart attack? I'm 23, 220ish. And its normally happens when I'm at work. (Manual labor). Also if I press enough on my chest I have the pain.

It could be pleurisy (fluid in the lungs) but you really need to talk to a doctor to get the right diagnoses.
If i understood the description correctly, I had this same problem and it still happens everyonce in awhile...my doctor said that its just an inflammation of a muscle near your ribcage and its nothing to worry about!
