Why Strength train if you do cardio?
I cut calories, walk an hour a day with some slow jogging, and jump rope...so why do I have to strength train? do but i am curious. I know it helps build muscle, but doesn't walking and running and jump roping do as well?
I want to find out because I wish to slim down.
And is it fine to do strength training 4 days in a row and rest the rest of the week?

Cardio helps you get rid of fat and strength training builds the muscle. If your goal is weight loss i would lean more towards the cardio, but keep doing the weights. Also remember that your diet needs to be good or the time in the gym will be wasted.
