My Computer is running slow due to System Idle Process?
When i open task manager (windows XP) it shows the idle process consumes 98% of my CPU, but that doest seem right.

Thats what system idle processes job is, to use spare clock cycles to keep the PC running correctly.
Thats fine and isnt whats slowing your PC down.
That just means that 98% of your CPU is not doing anything. That is a good thing.
