Easy way to Astral Project to talk to Spirit Guides.?
I've Astral Projected without knowing it and 1 time some unknown girl helped me out last year. I've meditated a few times but was freaked out when people faces and voices started coming into my head and my dreams.

Update:Yes Ray, i know this i had a few try and follow me to scare me.one even tried to steal energy from me while i was sleeping. Only to awaken me and piss me off. Lets just say he won't be doing that anytime soon.

Edit: my interest is genuine. I know little about astral projection. The little I do know is from spiritual books read. Be really great if you had some informative answers.
I had a near death experience many years ago, so I suppose that experience leaves me open and interested in this sort of thing. I know they are different experiences.
never summoned anyone, spirit or anything outside myself, yet it has happened SEVERAL Times to me, but I just tried to forget it, overlook it, (kinda too afraid to ask anyone about it, or even talk about it, myself). Now today some money hungry persons make it a *lucrative-way, manner, to seduce you and your money! *To make a fortune, (off of unsuspecting others,) who just think it's cool, I do not.Selling books, video;s etc. but now, I'm more suspect it is *demotic for sure in nature, (after reading mroe about it in the last 10 years.) Not especially into that, even now, don't know why it ever, even did occur even once, let alone several times in the last 30 years.
Astral Projection, now a days labeled, " Remote Viewing " is dangerous business.
