Testicular cancer...?
I have a pea sized lump, it's not attached to a testical, it doesn't normally hurt, but sometimes during an erection and a while after an erection, if I touch the area the lumps at I get a stinging pain, the pain always starts during an erection, but not every erection.
The real reason I'm asking is because when I was 4 years old a nail went through my scrotum and I had to get stitches. so I'm wondering if it's just scar tissue or does this sound like testicular cancer?
Update:I never really noticed it until about 6 months ago which was the first time I felt the stinging pain and examined myself to see why - and since then it has grown slightly larger- does scar tissue grow?

It might be scar tissue but it could also be testicular cancer.. a quick visit to the doctors will clear that up for you.. don't leave it because if it is testicular cancer and you get it early enough there is an excellent success rate of a full cure.
Good query! I consider it's seeing that such a lot of females get breast melanoma, and such a lot of die from it. I am no longer definite what the facts are on testicular melanoma. I understand that Lance Armstrong, an athlete and survivor of testicular melanoma, has a groundwork or charity to elevate cash for study.
