You could darken your eyes with dark kohl eyeliner, i would advise though not to use colored eye shadow, if you want your blue eyes to stand out. You can also, with a silver pencil, outline the starting corner of your of your eyes where the lids meet, it enhances the size and brings out the colour. You can also try a simple voluminising mascara. But play down the colours in order to emphasize the coulr of your eyes. I would stick to Maybelline products. x

If you really want to use make up to make the fluid in your eyes burst, I suggest going to a therapist. That's not healthy.
Buy a really nice mascara to make your lashes amazing.
