Does a emt in CA pay good to support a family I know they make about 25k to 33 k

Expect to make minimum wage or just above it especially when starting out. EMTs generally work more then 40 hours a week which makes up for the minimum wage. As a single person, it will be a decent wage depending on your living expenses. If you have a family, it will be very hard to support a family and you will need to be very frugal with your money.
