How much does a passport cost? ?

hi I was wondering how much are passports cause I was maybe planning on going to Canada someday? And I don't have a passport..I'm 16

    Depends where you live. Mine was $85

    The price of an adult American passport book is $135.00 no matter what state you are in. You can get a passport card for $55.00 but it can be used for LAND and sea travel only to Mexico and Canada. it cannot be used to fly. See 1st site for fees and 2nd site for all passport application info.
