calculus converge or diverge series?
summation from 0 to inf of (2k+1)/sqrt(4k^3+1), does this diverge or converge and when you say if the series diverge or converge or you talking about indvidiual terms of the sum of the whole series?
can you use limit comparsion test with bk=1/k^1/2 which diverges, but how would you apply it

Sure, you can use bk =1 /k^(1/2) as comparison test
Just prove Lim( ak/bk) = finite as k--> infinity (actually it will go to 1)
so ak diverges.
When you talk about series converges or diverges, you're talking about the sum of the whole series.
