I m to take an initiative to open an HR firm soon...CurrentIy i m on the research route...I wanna know that how do HR companies charge Fees? on what basis? please through light clearly on this. thanks in advance

That is far too much work for answering on Yahoo answers and if anyone here gives you an answer, they are pulling it out of their butt cheeks. You need to do a "Market Scan" to accurately calculate what the average fee for an HR firm is. This takes research and unless you want to pay someone, you need to do it yourself for an accurate depiction of the Market price.
each company has its own policy you can get the info from its representative it self!
