A lot of people only feed their dog once or twice a day. For an animal that's as big as I am on its hind legs and actually is more active during the day than I am, why does it not need to eat as much as me?
there digestive system is different and an average digestion time for a meal is 12 hours, my dog is 65lbs and eats 1680 Kcals a day and maintains a healthy weight.

you do that way the dog do not get over weight which inresult will cause health problems
