Realistically it depends on your other pieces. CarGo is definitely the best player in that trade, but if you are weak in the outfield I would personally not make that trade. Kyle Lohse isn't much of a difference maker either way.
Basically, if you have other solid pieces in your outfield, then go for it. But if you do not have those pieces, I feel as though two players in Young and Victorino will do more than one player in CarGo.
