Gta 4 PC Resource usage problem?

hello my laptop is having problems with gta4

its has 4gb of ram the graphics card is Nvidia Geforce GT 525m 1gb memory

its stuck at the lowest graphics i can't change anything and it has a problem with loading the city

i downloaded the latest patch and tried to update my drivers but failed

i can run other games like left for dead, call of duty at max settings easy

    No its because your computer sucks. GT 525m is terrible! It not a gaming card. 4gb isn't enough for GTA 4 either. GTA 4 hogs both Graphics and computer ram. Thats why you don't by a laptop for gaming unless you're planning to spend $2500 for it
