Does Concord NC have E 911 GPS ?
Does Concord NC (zip either 28027 or 27028) have E 911, where if you call frmo your cell phone they can track you with the GPS? I know not all places have it and I don't know how to find out if somewhere does...

I don't know. I am not sure how you can find out, other than; Call 911, and say you are in a forest on the east side of the town. But really you are on the main busiest area inside a skyscaper on the west side. If they say, "are you sure you are in a forest, my GPS says you are in a Skyscaper in a busy section on the 17th floor, room 3454" and if that's where you are, then Beleive me, they have GPS!
Not sure about Concord, but this weekend will be even harder to find you with the race going on at the Speedway.
