If you are getting the error(s) in multiple browsers, and script-blocking is not enabled, then the issue here is likely not with the Flash control itself, but rather your Flash cookies being corrupted. Unfortunately, these do not get deleted or repaired by re-installing Flash.
Here's a quick & easy way to fix the problem...
1) Open 'My Computer' and ensure that it is set to view hidden files and folders.
2) Navigate to the 'Documents and Settings' folder (or 'Users', if you are running Vista or Windows 7)
3) Find the folder for your user profile and click on the folder labeled 'Application Data'
4) Under 'Application Data', find the folder labeled 'Macromedia'
5) Under 'Macromedia', find the folder labeled 'Flash Player'
6) Rename (or delete) the 'Flash Player' folder
If you already installed Flash without getting any errors, there is no need to reinstall. If not, simply download Flash and reinstall it.
Then, try going to the web site(s) that gave you the error(s) and test for functionality.
It should work now.
Two solutions here for you. Suggest that you do both:
1) Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features. In the program list click on Flash Player and then click Uninstall. Let it finish and the reboot your computer. Now go to adobe.com and download/install the Flash Player.
It will work
You have to remove any other flash player first.
2) Install Real Player (Basic Edition is free) Real player will let you download YouTube videos and play and/or store them
See if there are any scripts which are disabled ; try to use another browser ; restart your computer (sometimes helps when facing errors)
Update your computer
