i have an appointment next week? i have just got out of being sectioned, do you know what sort of things they will ask me, or what they'll do? im so scared about it.
No need to be afraid. Nothing bad is going to happen. They will ask you your history with problems and you should be truthful. Good luck and don't be fearful.
