it depend on what brand name system you have. some come with disk and some you have to hit a key while your computer is booting up to get to the ghost image. A ghost image is a program that is on your hard drive that contains the information to reload your computer back to the way it was when you first got it out of the box but in order to inform you which route you need to take i would need to know which brand name you have.

By booting from the installation disc and following the setup procedure.
I reinstall mine by using a ghost image.
Why? How do you reinstall yours?
