i know this perfect birthday website's it has tha whole complete car's birthday package not all that expensive...and if you dont wanna use tha site then you can decorate the whole place like cars have tha streamers be tha color of his favorite cars character like red whith white or whatever it is... have a cars pinata,cars cake,cars plates,car cup's, cars birthday hat's ,balloon's,cars goodie bag's and put inside cars and other goodies....have a big cars posters have a area of nothin but cars and let them all play.... you can also put on tha cars movie for him and his lil friends they would love it i dont know bout ur's but my 2 year old love cartoon movies..well hope ive helped....good luck
