What raise do i deserve?
I am 22 working full time trying to get my degree. My yearly review is up and im not sure what to expect raise wise. I work in a 20-person business that is getting bigger every year. They originally hired me as a “Network Technician” for $15/hr to install a device to monitor bandwidth utilization at multiple sites. My work responsibilities have more than tripled. I learned another program that I install on site servers to monitor their networks CPU, HD, RAM, and connectivity. I also install phone systems, fix our internal server issues, and work extra to create brochures and papers for customers to fill out for our assessments. I am the only one in the office that knows how to use these programs and I haven’t missed a day of work in over a year. I was wondering what kind of raise I should expect. I just received my CompTIA A+ certification last week. Everyone in the office says don’t be surprised if I get a couple percent. Is that accurate?

Alright I'm going to be honest here, I don't know a whole lot about the specifics of wages but I know for sure that, if you are the only one in the office who knows how to use some specific programs... PLUS you just got certified... don't be scared to ask for something substantial.
I'm not sure about a raise, but you at least deserve your own parking spot!
