Baking cupcakes a day prior?
Ok so I wanted to make cupcakes for thanksgiving a day ahead. Will they still taste fresh if I bake them, wrap each one in plastic wrap, and then frost them the next morning? The dinner doesn't start until 3.

Sure, no problem. Bakeries produce many items like cupcakes this way.
It would be even better if you could fit them in the fridge - but that's only if you have room. They'll be fine covered on your counter too.
