They don't. They never kissed. The only person Naruto kissed was Sasuke, way back in episode 3.
They didn't kiss at all after episode 160. Hinata only confessed to him by getting herself almost killed, which was really reckless. She didn't even save Naruto.
Naruto and Hinata never kiss!! That picture is fanart, pretty obvious. You'll find lots of cute fanart pics of them together. Since you're not in Shippuden yet, I'll tell you now that they're wayy closer in original Naruto. Later on is like hopeless.
They don't. Hinata has only confessed her love for Naruto now in the anime and I read ahead in the manga and guess what? Kishimoto decided to pretend she didn't. It's been like 60 chapters and they haven't even mentioned Hinata's confession.
