Tyranitar would be my suggestion as he makes a great Poke to set up weather effects, though the only poke you have that take a clear advantage of this is Reuniclus (who may not be hurt by this depending on his ability) and Salamence/Milotic (less likelihood of thunder hitting, though this is also remedied by Jolteon). Those same Poke also support Tyranitar by blocking many of its clear weaknesses.
