How to transfer my Cosmetology license from CA to NV?
In a few months I am going to be headed to California to get my cosmetology license in order to become a Nail Technician. I live in NV but no where near a school that I can afford. If i go to california and finish school along with my 400 hrs, what do I do after that? I know that the school pays the fee for the state license exam, and once I pass that what should I do next? Has anyone transfered there license before? I heard something about a National Cosmetology Exam, but when I googled it, it was talking about hair and nails. Do they have different exams for people with only one license? Is it a long exam? Any information about any of this would be really helpful.
