How do you transfer your address book from your main account to a sub email account?

I have 100 addresses in my main address book. I don't want to have to retype them all into my sub-account email address book.

    Yes. Yahoo Mail > Options > Options on Left side of page in small area > Address Book > Management > Transfer Contacts to Yahoo!
