All post offices will offer passport services you have to have your picture taken a special way with ears and eyes showing they will tell you. You fill out a bunch of forms and If you are a minor you need both parents signatures. Do it right away because it takes along time to get the passport in the mail.
Go to your nearest post office. there they can take you to the back and you can have your picture taken for said passport. when the picture is done with, you can go up front and pay for the passport and however you want it shipped. (one night to i believe, 1 month).

Get a passport photo go to usps.com and find nearest passport office take all forms and pictures in (they require 2) then go form there It took about 10 weeks form my mom I paid for expediting and got it in two weeks
