how to attach photos to email?

When I follow instructions for attaching a photo or other document to an email message, I am led to a screen telling me to "choose" the document to be attached. Once I do so, however, I cannot get back to a screen which contains "send." If I back up to the screen containing "send," I lose the attachment.

    Once you've chosen the document you want to send, you need to click "open" at the bottom right of that pop-up box. This will add the attachment to your email and get you back to the 'compose message' screen.

    If you do not see that option, I recommend some basic troubleshooting as that will often resolve this type of issue.
