Do you see a change? *PICS*?

Im 18, and iv been trying to workout, drop junkfood, and most important, ditch pop for pure water for the last year.

Im 5'11, 150 pounds, 30 waist.

Before i ran 1 mile in 15mins. After i can now run 1 mile in 10mins. And i try to do a bit of strength training inbetween running days. So my rotation is like running 1 mile on day, the next is weights, then run 1 mile, weights, etc...

I still feel like there a small layer of fat i can get rid of, but maybe i focus more on strength training and the extra muscle will erase that last layer of fat.

Im really looking for where to go next, should i focus more or less on running/weights? And any advice on where to go next given my current progress?
