I search online and some say it works better then medicine. I have hiv positive friend and want so see if maybe it would help treat the hiv....

There is NO evidence that silver helps HIV patient. Sites/articles may claim otherwise, but it's a lie. A dangerous one.
Antiviral medications are what has made it more likely for an HIV patient to LIVE with the disease than to DIE from it.
