Is Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies a good mascara?

I have decided to get a mascara, but I don't know the perfect one. I have heard really good reviews on Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies, so im thinking about getting this one. If you have tried it, is it worth it for someone with long eyelashes, but not HUGE volume? I want a volumizing mascara, and i have long eyelashes. If its not good, are there any that you would recommend under $5? thanks
