how do you use and understand the command prompt/C:/?

like how do you make programs that are used to hack into or use with other websites, like kid websites, such as neopets, if you wanted to make an auto game-player, or an auto-board-spammer, or things like a gradient font?

    If you like the command prompt look, learn qbasic or gwbasic. Its easy.
