Vista & Roxio problem?

I am running Vista & have Roxio Media. The Roxio in interfering with my Magic Jack VOIP. Is there any way to isolate the program, I can't get my computer to delete it, nor do I wish to delete it. Any suggestion would be welcome.

no....same problem with yahoo music and MJ...gotta UN-install it!
