I would like to know which programs are free at the website adobe.com
I just had a class where my teacher was explaining about PDF files and talk a little about adobe.com, but she said we can get adobe reader for free and I want to download it but it does not say if it is really free. Also, I want to know which other programs are free as adobe reader or if you can explain the advantage of having more than one program from this website.
And if you know another website where I can get this easily just let me know too.

Adobe Reader is a program that reads PDFs. It is free to download from adobe's website. All other software, to the best of my knowledge, that they create is proprietary.
However, if you want to find free software you should try checking out open source software.
