How do I turn my DXG 563V Digital Camera into a Webcam?
I have installed the drivers and its ready to use but I just don't know how to. When I plug it in I will click PC Camera but the screen on the camera just goes black.

Whenever I have a problem such as yours, I read the user's guide (aka "the manual").
If that doesn't help, I check the manufacturer's website.
99% of the time that does the trick.
